Amazing quality of fish. There is both a tea and sake pairing available. The chef is very friendly and uses a translation device to interact with you. A few days in advance you get to communicate your preferences for the meal to him and he selects the fish according to your wishes. Book well in advance, 7 seats only

Best sushi of my life. Almost cried when it was over (sobbing). Magical place even if you speak no Japanese and must visit for any sushi fanatic. Just incredible. Also the no phone policy makes it a much better experience where you can truly focus on the chefs devotion to his life’s’ work.
